Good Connections OM3 dupleksais daudzmodu šķiedras ielāpu kabelis SC/SC, LSZH, 3m, maināma polaritāte

When 10G links start dropping packets or the server room smells of burnt plastic, you know it's time to ditch cheap patch cords. This Good Connections OM3 duplex cable with SC/SC connectors and a 3-meter length is built for the backbone of your network – where every dB counts and safety isn't optional.

Who is it for

Network engineers and IT pros who run data centers, server rooms, or enterprise wiring closets. Perfect for connecting switches to servers, storage arrays, or patch panels in high-density environments where reliable 10G SR links are a must.

Main features

• OM3 multimode fiber (50/125 µm) – optimized for 850 nm VCSELs, delivering 10 Gbps up to 300 meters
• Duplex SC connectors on both ends, with exchangeable polarity – flip Tx/Rx without re-terminating
• LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket in aqua – meets strict fire safety standards, ideal for enclosed spaces
• Low insertion loss (≤0.3 dB) and high return loss (≥30 dB) – keeps signal integrity clean
• High bandwidth: 1500 MHz·km @ 850 nm – handles 10G and future upgrades
• Complies with TIA/EIA-492AAAC-A and IEC 60793-2-10 Type A1a.2

How to use

Plug one SC end into your switch's SFP+ port and the other into the server's NIC or patch panel. Before mating, wipe the connector ferrules with a dry fiber cleaner – dust is the #1 cause of loss. To swap polarity, just unclip the connector and flip the duplex clip – no tools needed.

Tip: Label both ends of the cable with the same ID – when you have 50 of these in a rack, you'll thank yourself. And always keep spare LC/SC adapters handy for testing.
