MICROCONNECT U/UTP CAT6 0,5m sarkans plāns Ethernet plākstera kabelis

When you're elbow-deep in a rack and need to connect a switch to a patch panel, a fat, stiff cable is the last thing you want. This MICROCONNECT U/UTP CAT6 0.5m Red Slim Ethernet Patch Cable slips into tight spaces and keeps airflow moving, so your gear runs cooler and your setup stays tidy. It's a simple, no-nonsense patch cord built for real work.

Why this cable works

• Slim 3.6mm outer diameter – less bulk, better airflow in crowded racks
• Snagless boot protects the clip, so it won't catch on other cables when you pull it out
• 28 AWG stranded copper – flexible enough for tight bends, still delivers full Gigabit speed
• Red jacket makes it easy to spot which connection is which
• Category 6 performance: up to 1000 Mbps and 250 MHz bandwidth
• Backward compatible with Cat5e and Cat5, so it works with older gear too

Where to use it

• Patch panels and switches in high-density racks
• Short runs from a wall outlet to a desk computer or IP phone
• Colour-coding your network – red for a specific VLAN or critical link
• Home or small office setups that need a reliable, compact cable

Key specs at a glance

• Wiring: TIA/EIA 568B

How to use

Just plug one end into your device's network port and the other into a switch, router, or wall jack. It's a standard patch cable, not a crossover, so it works for connecting a computer to a network point or linking a switch to a patch panel. The snagless boot means you can push and pull without worrying about breaking the clip.

Tip: In a dense rack, use the red colour to mark your primary uplinks – you'll spot them instantly when you need to trace a cable. And because it's slim, you can route it neatly without blocking airflow over your equipment.
